Discovery interviews may last from 2-6 hours depending on the customer’s complexity and ability to discuss their issues.  TAP provides an organized, professional approach to discussing your IT business needs.   TAP can be used as a dynamic tool for technology planning for your organization. 

The Info-Link TAP helps review, via a “question format” your organization's entire IT operation.  Once we have completed the TAP, Info-Link consultants prioritize the data and discuss the findings and create a findings report for the customer.  The completed findings report containes a list of identified areas of focus aligned o your organization's business objectives and details of the appropriate IT solutions to meet those goals and objectives.
